Let's Make Something Amazing Happen!

I am local to the Twin Cities, and would love to work onsite with you and your team. I also provide virtual services via Google Meet and am open to discussing travel arrangements.

My Story

I’m an analyst with a personality; someone who loves data but refuses to hide behind it. My career has been built on asking probing questions, translating insights into action, and making teams and systems more effective, human, and scalable.  I bring curiosity, clarity, and a consultative mindset wherever I go.

My dream is to make data analysis approachable and usable to anyone and everyone regardless of age, background, experience, or function. I’ve spent over a decade turning chaos into clarity. Whether building dashboards, launching a new product line, or mentoring a director on how to coach with confidence, I use data as a bridge between problems and progress.  I’ve presented at conferences, advised leaders, cleaned more messy datasets than I can count, and coached dozens of managers into stronger, more authentic leadership.

My experience includes leading strategy and execution at companies like Insperity, Pentair, Avenica, and Thrivent, often acting as the translator between technical systems and executive priorities. I’ve worked hands-on with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, Workday, and over a dozen ATS and HRIS platforms, but maintain that Excel is life.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate speaker, problem-solver, home cook, crossword enthusiast, animal rescue advocate, and enthusiastic (if chaotic) gardener. I also offer BBQ sauce bribes for interviews, but let’s pretend that’s confidential. In short: I help people and systems work better together — and I try to have some fun doing it.
